Week Report
The Encounter of the Two Koreas has been the great news of this global week. It will be seen if it will last over time, but everything makes it seem that an important step has been taken at the level of Dialogue and Understanding.
Undoubtedly the good offices of the Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo on the one hand, and the silent but also transcendent intervention of China, has helped this agreement.
Time will tell.
