EDUCATION IN ARGENTINA

ARGENTINA
The Reformulation of Discourses and Educational Practices.
The Education of the Future
Argentin was a pioneer during the nineteenth century through Law 1420, and the access to Free, Public and Secular Education in that sense the work of the then minister Eduardo Wilde and with the support of important intellectuals made it possible to locate Argentina among the best in Latin America, but something or much remained in the way:
1. The State whose main missions from Rome to date must guarantee, promote and guarantee the education and security of its citizens. Throughout successive governments and their ruling classes forgot this mandate to prioritize the Priority, invading other jurisdictions to the detriment of policies in this regard.
2. They were left in time in the discourse and educational practices, that priority is Education, since the arrival of democracy in Argentina, 1983 to date, more than three decades, reforms have been made that were frustrating where the guinea pigs or maneuver mass were teachers and students. Each government had its team of technocrats on duty, there if the State invested, and disinvested in prioritizing the Lay, the Public and the Quality.
3. More than 20 years ago, Bill Gates referred to his work El Camino del Futuro in a chapter on Education. A Strada do futuro, proposed a revolution in educational praxis using all technological means from Virtuality. From Social Networks to Educational Access and broad to Virtual Education, in an egalitarian vision, that technology reaches all social classes especially the most needy.
4. Argentina as in other issues took the wrong path, which today needs to be accelerated over time, with questions in favor:
4.1. Teenagers drive full smartphones.
4.2 Virtual Classrooms must be extended.
4.3 The technological uses of the new digital generations have shown the state of "boredom" and "reluctance" of young people to an endless secondary school in subjects and with an 18th century Curricula, typical of the Enlightenment failed and so harmful.
Less Years and more educational action with the new resources of the Digital Age, is what is needed,
Let us not make the mistakes of the ludic ones that when the Industrial Revolution arrived broke the machines, we incorporated these resources offered by the New Technologies to give the Qualitative Leap in Education.
To be continue.
